Recharge gets failed?
There are rare occasions when your recharge on Reload may not go through due to a technical glitch but money was debited from your bank account/credit card. In this case the money will automatically be stored in your Reload Cash account for your next transaction on Reload.
Using Reload Cash
It's simple. Firstly, you need login to your Reload account and make sure you have money in your Reload Cash account. Once, you're sure of that you enter your recharge details and click on 'Recharge', When you move on to the payment selection page you'll see Reload Cash will be pre-selected as a payment option. Click on 'Recharge' and you're done!
Refund to Bank/Card
If after our retrying to process your order for up to two hours, you do not get your recharge in two hours, we will automatically refund your money into your Reload cash wallet account for your later use. In case you need a refund to your bank account, just drop an email to email@example.com with your transaction details, we will process the refund to your bank account.
Reload is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the Site, money has been charged to your card or bank account and a Recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Reload shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your email.
Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid recharge or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed recharge on our system.
All sales of Recharge are final with no cancellation or exchange permitted. No cancellation will be allowed for successful orders. For any further clarification please write to us at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
User represents and warrant that the bank account through which User attempt to load funds into User Reload.in Wallet has sufficient funds to permit User proposed transaction. We bear no liability for loading transactions which are cancelled on account of insufficient funds in User bank account.
